Villa Aguacate - villa with air conditioning

Villa located in a quiet area 5 minutes drive from the village of Calonge. Distributed on one floor, with air conditioning in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen, and its large garden makes it ideal for family holidays with children: it has 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), a large living room with open plan and fully equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms. The garden is located behind the house, which offers total privacy. On the garden level there is a fantastic summer dining area with a fully equipped barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. The garden is very spacious and has beautiful vegetation; the pool area with sun loungers fits perfectly into the surroundings and is very pleasant. All this makes the house ideal for a holiday with children. The house is tastefully decorated with modern touches and great attention to details to make our guests feel at home.

The village of Calonge, with its typical restaurants, traditional bakeries and local market on Thursdays, is a 5-minute drive away. In the summer evenings you can enjoy live music in the castle. The extensive beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge and a beautiful walking path leading to Playa de Aro with beautiful bays are 10 minutes away. A 15-minute drive away will take you to Playa de Aro, ideal for shopping, and Palamos, a seaside port with typical restaurants and tapas bars. Don't miss the fish auction in the evenings. The villa is ideally located in a very quiet area but with easy access to the main attractions in the area.

Youth groups under 25 and parties are not allowed in this house. Families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday are more than welcome. Tourist tax is not included in the price.
