On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen with dining area that has access to the terrace and pool area. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment: including refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery etc. The dining area is also connected to the open plan living room and has a comfortable sofa also a Smart TV with Chrome cast and Netflix. From the living room there is access to two terraces with panoramic windows that can be opened as desired. The third bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the same level as the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. For the safety of the children, there is a gate between terrace and pool which can be locked if necessary. Due to the location of the pool, you will have morning sun all around the pool, while later in the day you can always find both shade and sun to your liking. Day. By the pool, there is also a barbecue area, perfect for preparing your lunch and dinner! From the terrace you can also access the lower garden level of the villa via a staircase with a cozy corner with typical decorated stone table and benches.
