Beautiful "Villa Sant Jordi" built in Spanish style (192m2), with fantastic views of the green hills of the Gavarres and the Mediterranean Sea. Located on a hill in the "Vescomtat de Cabanyes" district on a plot of 1,722 m2 and south-east facing. The house and the terraces offer a lot of privacy. You will be just 5 minutes from the supermarkets, restaurants and shops in the charming historic castle town of Calonge and less than 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of the Costa Brava. The house has a large swimming pool of 6 x 3.5 meters, with a depth of 1.80, with sun beds all around. There are also several cozy seating areas and terraces with beautiful views of the green hills around and the sea, including two completely closed terraces with panoramic windows. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms (including washing machine), well-functioning WiFi throughout the house, office space and Netflix connection. Layout of the house: On the first floor there is the entrance, toilet with shower and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and access to the terrace. Furthermore, on the same level there is a double bedroom with en-suite spacious bathroom, built-in wardrobe and direct access to the upper terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views (both upstairs bedrooms connect directly to this terrace). On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with dining area that has access to the terrace and swimming pool. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment: including refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, etc. The dining area is also connected to the open living room and has a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV with Chrome cast and Netflix. From the living room there is access to two terraces with panoramic windows that can be opened as desired. The third bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the same level as the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room has a fully furnished corner for music lovers with a set of high-quality column speakers, amplifier and vinyl player. For your convenience, there is a small office area, including a laser printer that can be used if necessary, as well as a library corner with books for you to read during your stay. From the dining area you can access the outside terrace which is split into two parts - the first has an electric awning that can be used to provide shade during the day and to protect you in case of light summer rain. The other part of the terrace is completely open. From the terrace you have access to the amazing swimming pool with sea views. For the safety of the children, there is a gate between the terrace and the swimming pool that can be closed if necessary. Due to the location of the pool, you have morning sun around the pool, while later in the day you can always find both shade and sun according to your wishes. At an additional cost there is an option to have the pool heated (bookable in advance, the maximum temperature that this system reaches is 25 degrees depending on the weather. Costs for this service are € 12.50 per day. There is also a barbecue area at the pool. , perfect for preparing your lunch and dinner! From the terrace you can also access, via a staircase, the lower garden level of the villa with a cozy corner with typically decorated stone table and benches. Near this area you will also find olive trees , orange trees, lemon trees and palm trees, a perfect place to play some table games and enjoy an afternoon snack! If you plan to enjoy your holiday with your children, we can offer you a travel cot, high chair. During your stay you will have you can access the storage room located next to the entrance where you can find some pool equipment, as well as an ironing table, cleaning accessories, etc. The area is very suitable for activities such as cycling, mountain biking and hiking, as well as water parks and water sports on the beaches. For golfers, there are no fewer than seven top courses with all 18 to 36 holes available within a 30-minute drive. This is also a great starting point for trips to Girona, Barcelona, Dali museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are resp. 30 minutes (Girona) and 90 minutes (Barcelona).
