This villa is centrally located, near the center of the village, you can walk to the bakery in the morning, and enjoy a drink in the evening with all of you in the picturesque village of Calonge, which is a 5-minute walk away. The villa has an excellent sun position. Daily shops and restaurants are partly even within walking distance, the beach is about a 6-minute drive away. Various covered and open terraces for dining al fresco or to relax. Not least at the BBQ house next to the pool. Also very suitable for a stay with 2 families.

The covered entrance gives access to the ground floor with the lounge, dining room and/or kitchen. International TV, WIFI, stereo and the like have also been thought of. Large terrace in front of the villa and a double bedroom (bunk bed) and a full bathroom (shower). On the first floor are 3 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and two bathrooms. You can park in the driveway or in the spacious garage.

This villa in Mas Ambros is also an excellent starting point for trips to Girona, Barcelona, the Dali museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are on resp. 30 min (Girona) and 90 min (Barcelona) drive. There are also many opportunities for water sports, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding and (water) amusement parks. For golfers, there are no fewer than 7 top courses with all 18 to 36 holes available within a 30-minute drive.
