The villa has a parking lot where, if you like sports holidays, you can park your bikes or scooters, kayaks or others or, if you are looking for relaxation and the sun of the Costa Brava, you can park up to 5 cars.

The heated saltwater swimming pool of 12.5 x 3 meters is the jewel of the garden.
Besides pampering your skin, you can enjoy it all season long, from April to October - a touch of distinction - it is decorated with ceramics that change color depending on the time of day and the light. An ever-changing show to enjoy from the elegant loungers surrounding it, while soaking up the summer sun or relaxing with a book.
To complete the garden, you will find a large veranda with barbecue and table - to have an aperitif outside or enjoy a pleasant meal with friends - a chill-out area next to the pool, with a comfortable sofa where you can spend some time with relax and a tennis court petanque to spend nice moments with your loved ones.

At the entrance we find a large open space shared by the kitchen - ultra-modern - equipped with everything (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, wine refrigerator) - a cooking island with stools, a dining table with 8 chairs and a living room with two comfortable sofas and Smart TV.
The highlight of this space is the views of the surroundings and the sea that go from the beach of Torre Valentina to Calonge and its castle.
This floor is completed by 3 bathrooms, two of which are en suite, and three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with single beds. This last bedroom has access to the outside with a veranda with a table, two chairs and of course a view of the sea like the other bedrooms.

The lower floor, overlooking the pool, is practically an independent studio, which can be accessed from the living room, via stairs or from outside. Here we find a special detail: a rustic wooden kitchen, of course fully equipped - super comfortable because it is located next to the veranda - a living room with a sofa bed and Smart TV and a bathroom.

This prestigious property offers all the modern comforts for your holidays: a music system that allows you to play music independently in all bedrooms, living room and study, to set the soundtrack to your holiday on the Costa Brava; fiber optic internet; air conditioning (air conditioning and heating) throughout the house; USB connection for mobile or PC in all rooms.

The villa is also equipped with an alarm, secured by an automatic gate at the entrance with a video intercom.
