Casa Torrevieja is located in the center and about 500m from the beach with a beautiful boulevard with many restaurants and shops. On the ground floor you can use the communal swimming pool.
Restaurants, shops and a large supermarket can be found around the corner. The apartment is on the second floor. There is of course an elevator.
For an additional cost you can book the garage under the building, feel free to contact us about the price. You can also decide not to have a car because everything is within walking distance. You can travel by bus from Alicante Airport to Torrevieja (info available through us). The bus station is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. If you prefer to be picked up, we can also arrange this for you. Please contact us for this.
You can use the shared swimming pool with children's pool and outdoor shower (only open in the months of May to October).
Living room
The warmly decorated living room is fully equipped and has a lovely sofa, dining area, television with chromecast to stream via your own provider and/or Netflix or Videoland, free wifi and air conditioning. If you don't feel like watching TV: there are various games, reading books and books from the area waiting for you.
On the spacious balcony you will find a 4-person table and a lounge sofa to read a book or just enjoy the sunny weather.
In the cupboard on the balcony there is an umbrella and beach chairs for the beach which you can use.
Bedrooms
The apartment can accommodate 4 people and has 2 bedrooms: one master bedroom with double bed with TV and one bedroom with two single beds.
All beds are box-spring beds with toppers.
There are shutters and mosquito nets.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning and there is plenty of storage space.
Bathroom
The cozy bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine. For your convenience, a hair dryer is provided.
Kitchen
Given the location of the apartment, you will soon be invited to eat in one of the many nice restaurants. We highly recommend that too. You don't have to leave it for the prices. Around 15 euros you have a three-course meal. But if you want to cook at home, everything is available in the complete kitchen.
Coal plate (induction), fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle everything is there to prepare a nice meal. Herbs, coffee, tea, olive oil can also be found in the kitchen cupboards.
Amenities nearby
As mentioned, everything is within walking distance, bus station, shops, restaurants and last but not least the beach with a lively boulevard. Even in the low season it is always very lively here and almost all restaurants and shops are open all year round.
Long term
Do you want to rent the house for a long time? This is available on request. We do not allow pets in our apartment.
