Less than two minutes from the beach a beautiful luxury apartment with air conditioning on the ground floor with two bedrooms with private bathrooms. Private parking in the garage closed and manned 24 hour security. Exclusive access to three swimming pools (one heated in winter). Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Possibility of transportation from Alicante airport.
The two bathrooms are both equipped with a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. Towels, washcloths and the like are standard. The apartment is furnished for 4 persons but with plates, glasses and cutlery etc. is taken into account six people.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment such as cooker, fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker etc.
Bedding is standard. Possibilities for the hur of chair or cot are present.

We are a Dutch family and have this apartment also purchased to allow the parents to stay all winter. In the period that they were not there it can be rented. Now it is the parents increasingly difficult to go. Therefore, it is now for rent in the winter months. There are also special monthly rates for guests who want to stay a longer period in winter. The house has many comforts. Besides the luxury kitchen with washing dishes, washer / dryer, refrigerator, oven and extractor forhuis with the whole house with a central air conditioning system. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with bath, shower, sink and toilet. There is one bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The master bedroom has a private balcony. Everything is tastefully decorated with a variety of hot colors. The balcony is large and bright 32m2 half in sun and half in the shade so that the season is always a spot in the shade.

This house is situated between the beach and the coastal road. With 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. but with 5 minutes you are also on the coastal road with many shops, restaurants, bars and the like. The well-known stores such as Aldi and Lidl are located next to the large Spanish Grutters. A further einje is Torreviegga. A coastal town with a promenade, beach and several short uitgaansgelegenheden.Een ladinwaards is a beautiful golf course. In the wider area is a beautiful nature can be found (Sierra d 'Espunja). Beautiful cities such as Alicante and Murcia are easily accessible by car.
