Newly built one bedroom apartment with a terrace, located in Torrevieja 800 meters from the sea and the center. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with a view of trees. It is located on a raised ground floor, so no view! You can cool off in the communal swimming pool, sun loungers are available in the apartment. Equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, electric shutters, wifi, TV (TV Flanders is available) and a well-equipped kitchen. It is an Ideal base to explore the Costa Blanca or to simply stay on site and enjoy the microclimate (+/- 300 days ☀️ per year) and an ideal region for people with respiratory problems, allergies and skin conditions. Also people with muscle or joint complaints usually feel much better here....what to wait for or why search further?

Hello, I'm Anja and I would like to welcome you in my new apartment. In addition to the beautiful sunset, Torrevieja offers me all the assets that I value, sun, sea, beach, nature, good food, tranquility, but also nice lounge bars & entertainment options. Walking and cycling routes available, numerous water sports activities and golf courses nearby. Everything is there to give you an unforgettable holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

- Cleaning, sheets and towel set (2 large + 2 small per person) 80.00 per stay locally to be met by keyholder.

- Deposit 250,00€

- Prices include WiFi and utilities.

Ask for special rates for long-term stays. (+ 3 weeks)

30% deposit upon booking, balance + deposit must be paid 5 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
