The complex is called Varudi 28, the buildings have 2 floors, a ground floor and a first floor.
Our apartment 4.23 is located on the first floor and also has a roof terrace (solarium) including shower and bbq. The swimming pool, the playground, the tennis court and the mini golf course are centrally located between the surrounding houses.
The house has a spacious living room with luxury kitchen, including complete inventory, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 separate beds, there are also 2 bathrooms.
The house has WIFI, also air conditioning hot and cold.
There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer.
Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are sufficiently available. A Dutch/Spanish speaking manager is always available.
In the vicinity are 2 large salt lakes, the air around Torrevieja is very clean and healthy!
This part of Spain is especially popular with the elderly and people with health problems, such as heart and rheumatism patients, skin disorders, muscle diseases or high blood pressure. The healthy microclimate is caused by a high concentration of iodine and magnesium in the air. The WHO confirms this.
You can use the apartment all year round.
Residence
The residence is located just outside the center and also close to the famous beach of La Mata.
Next to the residence is a large supermarket Mercadona, a Belgian bakery, a pharmacy and also a large and free covered parking.
The residence has a communal swimming pool with jacuzzi, children's pool, toilet and showers. You can sunbathe around the pool and large palm trees provide shade.
There is also a tennis court, mini golf and children's playground.
Everything is very child-friendly.
Staying in Varudi is ideal for golfers as there are several golf courses within a short distance.
Surroundings
The complex is located in a quiet area, there are many places of interest in the area. Such as the beautiful beaches of La Mata, which can be reached on foot and there is also a large Aquapark and a large sports center with Olympic swimming pools.
For shopping enthusiasts there is the Habaneras shopping center and 10 km away is La Zenia, with a gigantic shopping center.
There are two hospitals in the area, the nearest hospital Quiron is a 3 minute drive. There is also a Belgian GP in the area.
Parking is free almost everywhere.
In the harbor there is a fairground and market stalls, both on the boulevard. There is a large market on Friday morning.
The large salt lakes are a 5-minute drive away and you can take salt baths in San Pedro del Pinatar.
There is also Parque Naturel available.
For enthusiasts, the major golf courses are about 10 minutes away. Alicante airport is a 45 minute drive from the apartment.
Torrevieja
Torrevieja is the beach paradise. Whether you opt for miles of sandy beaches or small idyllic villages between the rocks.
The beaches are fine sandy beaches and almost all with perfect infrastructure. North of the city is the beach of La Mata and this turns into the dune landscape of Guardamar.
The 25 km long natural paradise is awarded the EC blue flag every year for the excellent quality of the seawater and the purity. Mountainous hinterland alternates with towering dunes, which give the feeling of a Sahara trip with sea view. The natural beaches were placed under nature protection.
All amenities such as banks, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are available. This area offers a warm and mild climate all year round. In the winter months the temperature can rise to well above 20 degrees.
