Casa Monty is 40 minutes from Alicante & Murcia airports. The brand new penthouse on the edge of the Laguna Rosa nature reserve offers you peace and privacy. But the thriving city life of Torrevieja, with all its possibilities, is only 10 minutes away from you.

Casa Monty has 3 bedrooms with all modern comfort (air conditioning in all areas). 2 bathrooms with shower & toilet and can accommodate up to 6 people. Everything is provided to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Included are the use of bed and bath linen. Even beach towels are available.
Fiber internet and TV with chromecast so you can even watch Belgian & Dutch channels.
Streaming: Netflix, Disney and Prime TV included.

There are 2 terraces. At the front with a view of the swimming pool and a solarium of 70m² with pergola, lounge set, sun loungers, outdoor shower and dining table.

We still have a real 25m SWIMMING pool. People who like to swim laps will certainly get their money's worth here. Those who like it a little quieter : the jacuzzi. Within a radius of 30 minutes you have a whole range of activities here: horseback riding between the orange groves (also recommended for absolute beginners) Hiking, Welertourists: 3x a week a group of Belgians & Dutch people leave in 5 minutes for a trip between 60 and 120 km . Bicycle rental (delivered to your home) from €20/day.

Car rental: we have a few addresses where you can rent a car with peace of mind at very competitive prices and no hassle with extra insurance and blocking on your credit card.

In our penthouse there is an up-to-date travel guide for the region, all from our own experiences. Sights, cities, nature, shopping, sports,....

For your and our safety, the Penthouse is equipped with a burglar & fire alarm, camera at the front door and a camera on the terrace above. Not in the private rooms, of course.

Golden tip !!! Every time you leave the house, you must close the shutters and roll up the sun blinds!! In case of damage, the deposit will not be refunded.

Casa Monty stands for Miranda, Oliver, Nathan, Thibeau & Yasmine. The family has been a fan of Spain for years, especially the Costa Blanca. That's why we decided last year to buy our own "home" here.

Like the well-known quote: "Mi casa es su casa" we also make our penthouse in Los Balcones Torrevieja available for you to rent. A super cozy penthouse, we did the interior completely ourselves.

Explanation of prices

Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation by the tenant : Any cancellation must be reported to Casa Monty in writing or by email. The following amounts will be charged: 3 months before the start = 25€. Cancellation between the 90 ^th and the 60 ^th day before the start of the rental period = 25% of the rent. Cancellation between the 59 ^th and 30 ^th day before the start of the rental period = 50% of the rent. Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period = 100% of the rent. If the tenant does not use the holiday home or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no refund will be made. In case of cancellation by the owner, all sums paid will be refunded to the tenant. This concerns circumstances or force majeure that forces the owner to cancel the reservation.
