This charming apartment for a maximum of 4 people consists of a nice living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a king-size bed of 1m80 by 2m and bedroom 2 with two single beds), a modern bathroom and a separate storage room in the apartment itself. The best WiFi is provided as well as digital HD TV including Dutch-language channels.
At the front there is a terrace with awning that overlooks the communal swimming pool, the beach and the sea of La Mata.
The large communal swimming pool is accessible from June 1 to September 30.
There is supervision by a lifeguard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every comfort: fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, Senseo and sufficient cooking utensils.
During the winter months you can also use infrared heating in the apartment.
The apartment also has air conditioning (cold/warm). You can also use an underground private parking space.
Our apartment is located 150 meters from the wide sandy beach and the beautiful promenade of La Mata.
There are numerous nice and cheap cafes and restaurants located there. There are also some nice beach bars open on the beach during the summer period.
The prices for food and drinks are dirt cheap compared to the prices of the Belgian and Dutch catering industry.
So if you don't want to cook yourself during your holiday, you have an abundance of budget-friendly alternatives locally.
We have an information brochure on site in which we have included tips about the area for excursions, tasty restaurants, shops, etc.
There is a city supermarket around the corner from the apartment, as well as a bakery.
There are of course other supermarkets and bakeries in La Mata.
There are also large supermarkets such as Hiper Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona within a 10-minute drive.
You will also find 2 large shopping centers: "Habaneras" (with several clothing stores of well-known brands) and "La Zenia Boulevard" (one of the largest shopping centers in Spain, with many shops, restaurants, bowling, cinema, etc.).
Shoppers will also get their money's worth during their holiday in our apartment.
The apartment is easily accessible by car from Alicante airport (40 minutes). Airport transport can be arranged without obligation from Alicante airport to the apartment (55 euros per journey).
