Welcome to Casa Tracy. This cozy apartment is located a 2-minute walk from Play de los Náufragos beach. We are very happy with this gem right on the beach. It is located right next to the center of Torrevieja, so you are close to everything, but you can also enjoy the peace and quiet.

The expansive balcony is the showpiece. When you enjoy your breakfast here, you can watch the sun rise over the ocean. Always a magical moment.

Casa Tracy has 1 master bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, which sleeps surprisingly well. The bathroom and kitchen are also all on the ground floor. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, where you can reach it via a wide staircase. (no elevator available).

We would like to share this apartment with people who treat our belongings and neighbors with respect.

We are Wesley, Jenny & Melvin, Angela Smit from Volendam. Two enterprising brothers from Volendam, who embark on a Spanish adventure together with their wives. We are very happy with this apartment right on the beach & trust that you will enjoy it too. This is our second apartment in Torrevieja, because this is the nicest city in Spain. There is something for everyone all year round.

There are two different salt lakes that you can visit: the 'Laguna Salada de la Mata' and the 'Laguna Salada de Torrevieja' lake.

Both are located a relatively short distance from each other and are located in the Las Salinas Natural Park.

This nature park has been open to the public for several years. Since then it has attracted tens of thousands of visitors every year. Only logical, since you can count on the two largest salt lakes in Europe here.

Due to the presence of the large salt lakes, the air in the area around the salt lakes is clean and purifying. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), this area is even "the healthiest place in Europe". This air is especially good for people with rheumatism or COPD.
