This is a very cozy family home in a nice quiet neighborhood. No traffic in front of the door. Townhouse with floor, 2 bedrooms, beautiful bathroom, with bath and wide balcony over the entire front of the house.
Ground floor with conservatory, front garden, living room and kitchen, toilet, with sink and washing machine and 1 more bedroom on the ground floor.
This house has been completely renovated and newly furnished.

Close to many amenities, such as the Habanaras shopping center with Carrefour XXL. Also close to the largest shopping center in Spain, La Zenia Boulevard. Sandy beaches and the famous salt lake nearby, as well as beautiful nature/hiking park.  
Many nice restaurants and markets in Torrevieja.
We offer you the opportunity to visit a mega swimming pool and tennis court of another apartment in Guardamar on a gated resort for free. Mini-golf course and football course. Sea, beach, and harbor views. Photos can be seen on this site code 29493

In short, an ideal family holiday with lots of sun, beautiful blue skies and warm sea.

When you have passed the yellow container and continue a little further, you will come to one of the harbor restaurants. This has a bouncy castle for the children at weekends, often also during the summer holidays every day.
Turn left when you leave block 3 and leave the site via the side entrance on the side of the entrance gate. Turn left again and cross the street on the dirt road on the way to the beach.
Walk straight on the sandy path.
To the right of the path is a nature reserve.
At the end of the sand path you will find this beautifully laid out wooden path through the dunes towards the beach, paid for by Europe. Also for cyclists in use.
Enjoy this piece of Europe.
Relax and you are almost at the beach and the Mediterranean Sea.
Look occasionally to the left then see the boats in the harbor.
At the end of the wooden path you come to this road, turn right for several dune transitions to the beach. With a bike you also turn right and within 15 minutes at Boulevard of Guardamar with nice terraces. Turn left and you will arrive at the port.
