From the living room you reach the very tastefully decorated kitchen. The beautiful long dining table offers space for everyone!

The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, large fridge and freezer.

What a cool outdoor kitchen! You will spend a lot of time here. Buy fresh ingredients at the Friday market in Moraira and cook in the outdoor kitchen

From the terrace at the back of the house you have a beautiful view over the mountains and the sea.
The house has two floors, of which only the top floor is in use. In the future, we will also include the bottom floor, which is now only used for storage.

The garden is very spacious and has several seating areas, so you can always look for shade.

The terrace on the side of the living room has a long table with 8 chairs for fine dining and enjoying the sea views
From the kitchen you enter the side terrace where you can enjoy a sheltered breakfast, lunch and dinner. Especially in the hot summers, this is not an unnecessary luxury.
The beautiful entrance is a nice entrance, but you can also enter through the large gate, so you don't have to climb stairs. There is also room to park 2 cars behind the gate.
