Thanks to the smart layout, with a self-contained third bedroom/studio on the ground floor, everyone has plenty of space and privacy.
The Mediterranean outdoors are central here. Start the day with breakfast on the spacious terrace with sea view, take a refreshing dip in the private pool or relax on one of the comfortable sunbeds. The beautiful outdoor kitchen forms the heart of the garden and is equipped with a modern gas barbecue, gas burner, fridge freezer and washing facilities. Under the canopy you can enjoy cooling shade during the day and long, cozy dinners with a view of the attractive Mediterranean garden in the evening.
Inside, Casa Querencia has a warm, cozy living room with two comfortable 3-person sofas, television, wood stove and air conditioning. The living room flows seamlessly into the open-plan dining room and modern kitchen, where you can enjoy the stunning sea views while cooking and dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a vitro-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, air fryer and extensive cooking and kitchen utensils.
On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, sliding doors to the covered terrace and a magnificent sea view. The second bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds, air conditioning and spacious fitted wardrobes. On this floor you will also find a modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and is set up as a self-contained studio. It has a double bed and a single bed, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a cozy sitting area, television, dining area, refrigerator and washing machine. The space has its own entrance and is only accessible from the outside, making it ideal for older children, friends or family members who would like some extra privacy. From the studio you can walk directly to the partly covered private terrace and the attractive Mediterranean lower garden.
The kidney-shaped private swimming pool with Roman walk-in stairs and banister forms the focal point of the garden. Thanks to the various terraces, you will find a lovely spot in the sun or in the shade at any time of the day. On the spacious, partly covered terrace near the living and dining room you can enjoy a panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea. The comfortable lounge area is the perfect place to end the day in a relaxed way.
Casa Querencia is centrally located between Benissa, Moraira and Calpe. Within a few minutes you can reach the idyllic bays of Benissa Costa, cozy restaurants, terraces and supermarkets. Hikers, cyclists and golfers will also find plenty of opportunities in the immediate vicinity. A visit to Cala Advocat, Cala Baladrar or Cala Fustera should not be missed during your stay.
