Luxury villa, beautiful finca, in the middle of a rural garden, located in the countryside, with complete privacy and a view of the famous Montgo mountain. This two-hundred-year-old finca has been carefully renovated with all modern amenities, including underfloor heating and air conditioning. Swimming pool with heated outdoor shower and sunbeds and loungers and the outdoor kitchen with BBQ will make your stay very pleasant. The house has three bedrooms with spacious double box springs and an adjoining bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.
The house is not suitable for children under 14 years old and pets are not allowed.

The fourth bedroom is located in the guesthouse, with its own toilet and walk-in shower. There is also a washer and dryer combination.

The kitchen is fully equipped, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine and milk frother, citrus juicer, toaster, toaster, etc.

The picturesque Javea, with harbor and boulevard, the Arenal, with its spacious sandy beaches is a few minutes' drive away, a supermarket is around the corner. Restaurants within walking distance.

We, Karin and Hans, fell for the charm of Javea eight years ago, with its beautiful coast and nature, hardly any high-rise buildings, wonderful restaurants and terraces, still somewhat unspoilt and far from the well-known Spanish mass tourism. Easily accessible via Alicante or Valencia and, above all, a climate to die for with more than three hundred days of sunshine.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Javea consists of three parts; the old medieval town, the fishing port and El Arenal with beach and boulevard. Around the harbor and boulevard are nice shops, cafes and restaurants, great for lunch or dinner. Spaniards eat late and many restaurants only open after seven o'clock. The old town has a fortress/church where the bullet holes from the 14th century can still be seen. There is a free museum and the mercado, a former nunnery, with all kinds of fresh stuff. The fishing port supplies fresh fish every day for the various restaurants around it and there is also a marina. El Arenal has a large sandy beach and dozens of shops, restaurants and bars and discos. Javea has everything to offer in the culinary field from Michelin stars to simple but delicious tapas. The climate is mild, 320 days of sunshine and rarely cold, as can be seen from the snow plow of Denia

There are plenty of hiking opportunities around the finca , with the ascent of the Montgo as the biggest challenge . Cyclists have challenges in the Col de Rath and the Bernia, the Vuelta is also ridden here. Golfers can indulge themselves, more than 10 courses nearby. Plenty of culture in Valencia and Alicante, beautiful cities with a lot of history.
