The villa has truly breathtaking views over the sea, Peñón de Ifach to Calpe and is within walking distance to the beautiful bay of El Portet and to the center of Moraira. The villa has had a major renovation making it a wonderfully comfortable home.

Air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house, a cozy living room with (gas) fireplace and kitchen with modern appliances. A modern private swimming pool of 8.5 x 4 meters, large sun terraces but also a naja and outdoor bar where you can find shade. A cozy outdoor bar with sitting area and dining area and a private remote-opening driveway with at least 3 parking spaces with a charging station for an electric car.

Around the house there is enough space to play table tennis, for example. Similarly, there are also two lower levels with tropical plants (maintained weekly by the gardener).

We are René and Jolanda. About 9 years ago we immediately fell in love with this south-facing villa with the beautiful view. After two major renovations both to the house and around the house, it has now become an extremely comfortable place with lots of privacy. A wonderful place to enjoy the sun, the tranquility and everything this beautiful area has to offer! We will rent out the villa this year from June 30, 2024.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit 50% of the total rental price within 5 days of booking.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
