Rear of the house
View from the pool (8mx4m) and cool off in the pool and take a fresh (outdoor) shower before and after with a view of the sea.
Ground floor terraces with seating. Breakfast at a terrace table with the 2 of us. Dinner or lunch at the dining table with the six of us. Lounging by the pool with 4 sunbeds and 4 retro sofas.
Terrace 1st floor. Just a moment for yourself, dream away while enjoying a cappuccino or a glass of wine with the most beautiful views, sea, mountains... a house under the sun!
View terrace 1 floor left with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. You can reach the beach or the harbor in 5 minutes by car or bicycle.
The front of our house. The house is surrounded by a garden (of approximately 800m2) with palm and fruit trees and the scent of fresh herbs and flowers.

From its construction (in 1974) the house has been given the appropriate (family) name Los Bastianos.

The sun terrace by the pool... The pool has an area of about 30-35m2. The maximum width is almost 4 meters and the length about 11 meters.

The open kitchen with refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is well equipped for (min) 6 people.
The 2nd bathroom with sink, anti-fog mirror, toilet and rain shower.
1st bedroom, also called the master bedroom, of course with air conditioning.
The master bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses (90 X 200 cm) and a built-in wardrobe.
2nd Bedroom (on the east side of the house) with air conditioning. The beds are 80 cm wide and 200 cm long. On the right a built-in wardrobe.
2nd Bedroom with a workplace for one, the other uses it as a dressing table.
3rd bedroom (on the south side) with air conditioning has a built-in wardrobe and 2 beds of 90 by 200 cm.
