villa, Tarbena, Costa Blanca, Spain - Casa Montgo
Reading a book in the hammock and swinging in the shade of a beautiful tree.
The veranda and patio on the first floor have been redecorated (2021/2022) with a lounge set, table, chairs, sofa and the same beautiful new tiled floor as inside and by the pool.
It is also wonderful to enjoy the evening.
The outdoor kitchen with hot and cold running water (thanks to the extra boiler under the counter top), dishwasher, large fridge / freezer and a large Weber Genesis gas BBQ.
Perhaps the most beautiful spot for us.
The sun all day due to the ideal south-facing location.
A unique sunset.
The dining room for when you don't want to eat by the pool or under the patio.
The covered outdoor kitchen is ideally located on the south, with a view over the garden and of course directly at the pool, outdoor shower and toilet.
We bought 2 new white chairs (2023). You can also place the chairs in the corner of the pool for the morning sun.
The early morning sun shines into the outdoor kitchen in spring and autumn. A nice start to the day.
The deepest part of the pool is approximately 2 meters, so diving is NOT allowed.
The bougainvillea is connected to irrigation and therefore beautiful all year round.
This is the street side of the house, plenty of privacy due to the green oleander hedges.
In the garden there are a number of fruit trees (lemon, orange, figs, kaki) and grape plants.

The surroundings are beautiful.
There is a spacious outdoor shower by the pool with a large boiler and a toilet (behind black door).
Also at the back there is a lawn, beautiful plants and (palm) trees. And the hedge provides privacy to the neighbors. Unfortunately, the tree has blown down. It does provide an ideal patch of lawn for the football goal.
The entrance of the house. Enough space for cars. The entrance is lit. So never arrive in the dark in the evening.

A beautiful classic wooden door gives access to the house at the living room / kitchen / patio level. The car can be parked in front of the door.

The beautiful tosca arches in the house. It leads to the front door, two bedrooms and bathroom, the living room/dining room/kitchen and the patio.

The living room with new curtains and TV. TV is connected to a router to make maximum use of fiber optic internet.
From the living room the stairs go up to the master bedroom and down to the swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.
Heating has been installed everywhere in 2022.
The kitchen with all appliances, gas stove, combi oven / microwave, dishwasher and fridge / freezer.
The upstairs bedroom with a large box spring mattress 200 by 180 cm, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
The painting is by a Polish artist. The paintings in the living room, hall and dining room are also hers.
The new walk-in shower (2022) with the same natural stone wall tiles as the floor tiles.
The second bedroom with built-in wardrobe, 2 box spring mattresses of 200 by 90 cm and air conditioning.
The painting on the wall is new (2023). We like it very much.
The 3rd bedroom also with built-in wardrobes, 2 box spring mattresses of 200 by 90 cm and air conditioning.
The painting on the wall reminds us of the long sandy beach north of Denia.

The staircase with real, old Valencian tiles is certainly one of the eye-catchers in the house.
The box spring beds in the bedrooms are 180x210 & 160x210. The mattresses have a height of 30cm and are one of the very best of their kind.
The coffee & tea corner is always replenished and is ready for use upon arrival!

In the cupboards you will find, among other things, a toaster, juicer, kettle, mixer, knife block with good knives, cooking pots and pans, cooking utensils... from well-known brands.
The staircase with real, old Valencian tiles is certainly one of the eye-catchers in the house.
The cozy TV corner with flat screen TV (Tv Vlaanderen, VTM Go, Netflix...) There is also a Chromecast to stream your favorite programs. The WiFi is fast and of good quality.
The details are not the details, they make the design...
The bathroom on the ground floor consists of a spacious walk-in shower, sink with mirror and toilet. You will also find the washing machine and dryer here.
The washing machine and dryer are from a well-known A brand and energy efficient.
The master bedroom certainly has sufficient storage space :-) and the wonderful box spring bed is extra large! 180x210
Both bedrooms have air conditioning (can be operated separately for each room), large beds (2m10 long!, blackout curtains & more than enough storage space

The bathroom on the first floor is finished with authentic tiles around the sink and is of course equipped with every comfort...

The second bedroom also has a lovely box-spring bed (160x210). Both bedrooms have 30 cm mattresses. height. This room also has a blackout curtain, air conditioning, sufficient storage space and a mosquito screen.
On the ground floor you will find an extra storage space/relaxation room... The green cupboards contain games and toys and we can convert the sofa into a bed for a child/teenager... (with separate extra mattress)
The terrace is equipped with a dining table for 5 people, a lounge corner with fluffy cushions and a storage cupboard for sunscreen, magazines.... :-)
From the terrace you often spot squirrels in the trees and on the ground! Fun for the kids...
'It's time to wine down' In the lounge corner you will be able to enjoy a drink or relax with a wonderful book..

The garden is very well maintained by a permanent gardener and has already won several prizes & awards.
Due to the large number of permanent residents, it is often very quiet at the pool, even in the summer :-) Swimming is possible from morning to evening.

Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, air conditioning, storage space, a window with mosquito window and air conditioning. The beds are 80 x 200cm, various pillows are available and the height of the mattress is 40cm.
You will find the first bathroom between bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. This has a spacious walk-in shower, sink, large mirror, storage space, towels... The toilet is separate.
Bedroom 2 also has direct access to the bathroom (shared bathroom with bedroom 1) Of course with sliding doors and a lock :-)
Bedroom 3 (Master Bedroom) has a double bed of 180 x 210 with box spring mattress, ample storage space, air conditioning, a window opening onto the terrace with mosquito net and roller shutter. Here too we opted for a wonderful mattress (height 40 cm.) and various models pillows.
