Holiday home El Sol has a spacious, enclosed garden and a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea and the green hilly landscape of Benissa and Moraira.
The house exudes an authentic Spanish atmosphere and is cosily furnished with authentic details such as wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors that have been preserved. There is a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area with TV. From the living room you can access the terraces, open and covered, with a panoramic view of the sea. You reach the swimming pool via a beautiful stone staircase. There is parking for several cars on the private (enclosed) site. Ideal for cyclists and the safe storage of bicycles.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms, with spacious closets. The master bedroom has a very spacious bathroom en suite, a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and a private bathroom. The bedroom on the ground floor (at the pool) has its own access and a double bed, as well as a bathroom en suite.

We, Freddy and Lut, are the proud owners of this cozy and nice holiday home.
It's always a bit like coming home here.
A few years ago we ended up in this region and immediately lost our hearts.
We work together with a key manager, but we are always available ourselves.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price includes accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. The costs of normal use of water and WIFI are included, as well as the final cleaning, maintenance of the garden and swimming pool.
Only consumption of electricity and heating oil from the central heating is charged according to consumption.
At the time of booking, an advance of 30% of the total rental price is paid. The balance plus a security deposit of 400 € is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the rental takes place less than 6 weeks before the reservation, the full rent plus the deposit is due at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be notified by email. If the cancellation takes place more than 6 full weeks before arrival, the 30% deposit will be retained. If the cancellation takes place less than 6 full weeks before arrival, the full rental price will be retained.
