This beautiful renovated apartment is located in the center of Albir, on the Costa Blanca in Spain. The apartment has a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a modern kitchen and a balcony. The apartment is equipped with WiFi and a smart TV. Parking is available on site and the building has an elevator.

Description
The living room is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sea. There is a dining table and a seating area where you can relax or watch TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, combi microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a gas hob. Cooking utensils, pans, crockery and cutlery are provided.
The bright bathroom is spacious and equipped with a bathroom furniture, large shower, toilet and washing machine / dryer.
One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have storage space and air conditioners.
Wifi is available as well as a large smart TV. Towels, kitchen towels, beach towels and bed linen are provided.

We are Greeys and Nico and live in The Netherlands. We have been coming to Albir for many years. We think Albir and the surrounding area are very beautiful. There are mountains and sea where you can walk, exercise and enjoy the beach and the sea. The people here are very friendly. We enjoy the food and of course the climate. We would like to share this with you and we offer our apartment for rent. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
