Can Miró – Spanish villa with private pool, 2,000 m² garden and separate apartment
You wake up in the silence of the hill. You drink your coffee on the terrace while the sun is already shining over the garden, and all day long no neighbor is watching. Welcome to Can Miró.
The villa
Can Miró is a bright, attractive villa in Spanish style, completely renovated in 2025. The house has 211 m² of living space and no less than six terraces all around, two of which are covered. This way you can choose your own place at any time of the day: morning sun at breakfast, shade around noon and a glass of wine when night falls. The garden is south facing, so you can enjoy sun from morning to evening. Inside, the air conditioning keeps it nice and cool, even on the hottest summer days.
Separate apartment on the ground floor
Downstairs is a separate apartment with its own entrance, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. This makes Can Miró ideal if you are traveling with two families, with grandparents or with older children. You are on holiday together, and yet everyone has their own place and everyone can follow their own rhythm.
Garden and swimming pool
The soul of the house is the well-kept Mediterranean garden of over 2,000 m², with palm trees, olive trees and cypresses. In the middle is the private swimming pool of 4.70 x 10.60 meters, descending from 1.10 to 2.00 meters deep. It's spacious enough to swim laps, and you'll have it all to yourself. After a swim, rinse off under the outdoor shower and stretch out on one of the sunbeds. In the evening, the outdoor kitchen with barbecue is ready for a long summer evening under the stars.

Can Miró is quietly located on top of La Lluca, right between Jávea and Moraira. This makes it easy to discover both places.

Moraira: approx. 15 minutes
Alicante airport: approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes
Good to know
Can Miró is only available in July and August, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. You can park at the villa. The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Therefore, we ask you to respect the silence between 22:00 and 08:00, and parties and events are not possible. This way it remains a nice place for everyone. Smoking and pets are not allowed, and the main booker is at least 28 years old.
