We rent out our beautiful fully detached authentic Spanish villa with private pool. And you know what? On a mountain and with a breathtaking sea view! Best of all. Even in the summer a nice breeze. The palm trees and olive tree in our garden immediately create a tropical atmosphere. Our villa is located on top of a mountain, near Dénia, Moraira and Javéa. Benidorm is about a 20 minute drive on the AP7 (which is now free). Supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mas y Mas, Carrefour) 5 minutes away, beaches 10 minutes away and restaurants also 5 minutes away.

The villa is equipped with all the comforts you could wish for. A beautiful pool bar with outdoor kitchen where you can cook or BBQ outside. Various shaded seats, sunbeds by the pool and even a sunroof (terrace). Afraid that the little ones will run away? The entire plot is fully fenced, so you really have a holiday yourself. There is plenty of space to park on site (2 to 3 cars).

Inside there is an open kitchen with a spacious sitting area for the whole family. In the evening you can play games here. There is also a TV room with a large flat screen. Equipped with Chromecast, so you can watch the TV from home there. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have 2 single beds (4). Here is possibly. an extra bed. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, a large double bed and a roof terrace. So there is possibility for a maximum of 7 people.

We have been enjoying our beautiful villa for a number of years now and come here with great pleasure. It's our second home. Our view is so beautiful because we have an unobstructed view. Before we bought our villa, we searched for years for a beautiful home. When we saw Falcon's Nest, it was love at first sight for both of us.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation is possible. The cancellation costs are as follows:

15% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start date of the rental period
25% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 2 months before the start date of the rental period
40% of the rental price in case of cancellation longer than 1 month, but no longer than 2 months before the start date of the rental period
90% of the rental price in case of cancellation longer than 1 day, but no longer than 1 month before the start date of the rental period
100% of the rental price in case of cancellation on the start date of the rental period.

In addition to the cancellation costs, the landlord may also charge an amount of €25 administration costs.
