Falcon's Nest

We rent our beautiful, fully detached, authentic Spanish villa with private swimming pool. And you know? On a mountain and with a sea view! So the best of everything. Even in summer there is a lovely breeze. The palm trees and olive tree in our garden immediately create a tropical atmosphere. Our villa is on top of a mountain, near Dénia, Moraira and Javéa. Benidorm is about a 20 minute drive on the AP7 (which is now free). Supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mas y Mas, Carrefour) 5 minutes away, beaches 10 minutes away and restaurants also 5 minutes away.

The villa is equipped with all the comfort you could wish for. A beautiful pool bar with outdoor kitchen where you can cook or BBQ outside. Various shaded areas, sunbeds by the pool and even a sunroof (terrace). Afraid that the little ones will run away? The entire plot is completely fenced, so you can really enjoy your holiday. There is plenty of space to park on site (2 to 3 cars).

Inside there is an open kitchen with a spacious seating area for the whole family. In the evening you can play games here. There is also a TV room with a large flat screen. Equipped with Chromecast, so you can watch your home TV there. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have 2 single beds (so 4). Here is possibly an extra bed can be added. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, a large double bed and a roof terrace. So there is possibility for a maximum of 7 people.
