Casa Morisca
Casa Morisca is an attractive & family-friendly holiday home, located in the quiet residential area of Cap Blanc in Moraira. A supermarket, bakery and various bars and restaurants are within walking distance of the house. If you like to play golf, Ifach Golf Club is 1.5 km away.

Casa Morisca can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious garden with private pool and a roof terrace. The house is completely on one level and has a private parking space. WiFi and air conditioning are available.

For families with small children, a safety fence is available in front of the pool. This can be placed at an additional cost of €100 per stay. There are high chairs, cots and plenty of toys in the house.
On request, a reliable babysitting service can also be used at an attractive rate.

Strand
The beach 'Cala Cap Blanc' is within walking distance (900 m) of the house. Distances to other nice beaches: Cala Baladrar: 1.5 km | Playa de L'Ampolla: 2.5 km | Playa del Portet: 5 km.

Moraira
Moraira (municipality of Teulada) is an old fishing village, which has remained authentically Spanish at its core. Moraira is characterized by its narrow streets, cozy terraces and restaurants, so that everything is within reach for a successful holiday on the Costa Blanca.

The nearest airport is Alicante Airport, 94 km from the property. Valencia Airport is 128 km away.

We are Nick & Eveline and are the proud owners of casa Morisca in Moraira. In January 2022 we fell in love (it was love at first sight) with the authentic Moorish style of the house, where you can relax with your family or friends. With some regularity we enjoy the house and beautiful surroundings with our family. A very nice place, which we also want you to enjoy. We hope to welcome you soon in casa Morisca!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arrival / departure
We have flexible arrival (after 16:00) and departure days (before 10:00) with the exception of July and August.
In the months of July and August, arrival and departure is on a Saturday.

Payments
Once you have made a booking, we will confirm it as soon as possible. We will send you a rental agreement including reservation and user conditions by email.

We use a deposit of 30% on the rental price. The deposit and signed rental agreement must be received within 7 days. This makes the booking final. The remaining payment must be made no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
