The villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Moraira: Pla Del Mar and
Villa Corado is within walking distance of the center of Moraira and the beach is also easy to reach on foot. Villa Corado has a total of 5 bedrooms. Ideal for 2 families or 8 to 10 people.
The top floor has a very spacious living room with air conditioning, 2 bedrooms, also with air conditioning, a fully equipped large modern kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher etc). Then a bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, 2 sinks and toilet. There is also a large balcony with a large table at the front and a large (covered) terrace at the rear where you can enjoy breakfast, for example. Satellite TV with Dutch channels + WI-FI.
The ground floor has its own double entrance, 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Furthermore, a complete, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. Bathroom with 2 sinks, spacious shower and toilet. Second shower room with basin and toilet. Completely renovated in 2024/2025.
The living room is nicely furnished and also has TV with Dutch channels. For the little ones, a cot and high chair and changing table are available. The detached villa is located on a quiet street with over 800 m2 of private land. Parking, closed by a large electric gate and secured with 2 Eufy cameras. Please do not remove or set up these cameras differently.
At any time of the day you can choose from both a sun and a shaded terrace or dream away under the loggia in the lounge set. The (heated) saltwater swimming pool of 8 X 4 is also a good place to stay, on one of the 8 sunbeds. The popularity of saltwater pools is increasing at a rapid pace. There are so many advantages to using swimming pool salt over the use of chlorine that the choice is easily made. If you use pool salt, you no longer have to work with chemical chlorine. Liquid chlorine for swimming pools has a corrosive effect, it causes itchy skin, red eyes and bleaching effect on clothing and hair. The water from a saltwater pool feels soft and is extremely clear. In spring and autumn, the pool can be heated for a small additional fee.
For lunch or dinner you can use the modern outdoor kitchen with extensive gas bbq from Weber. The terrace near the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a large shade cloth. The villa is surrounded by a palm grove.
