Location.
Sanet y Negrals is a quiet village near Denia, with good amenities in the immediate vicinity.
The very complete and luxurious villas are located in a quiet and slightly elevated location against the south side of the mountain "Montesano" and therefore a beautiful view, while the village can only be reached on foot at a distance of 1 kilometer.
In Sanet y Negrals there is a small supermarket, a bakery and 5 minutes away is the beautiful shopping center La Marina.
Surroundings.
The surroundings of Sanet y Negrals lend themselves to walking in the nature reserves in the region or just between the citrus groves.
Cyclists can indulge themselves on the flat roads to the beach or in the mountainous hinterland.
But also golf (several beautiful courses) and water sports on the endless sandy beaches of Denia, Oliva or Javea which are about 10 km away are within easy reach.
There are several amusement parks, safari/animal parks, go-kart tracks, and other tourist attractions in the region. Among them the well-known (theme) parks Terra Mitica and Aqualandia in the 25 km. located Benidorm.
