Casa la Sorpresa consists of two floors and has three terraces. From the terrace by the pool you can go down via a staircase. Here there is a parking space for two cars under a carport, accessed via an automatic sliding gate with remote control. The front door is one street up and next to this is another parking space for one car. Around the house there are mainly palm trees that are attractively lit in the evening.From the parking lot upstairs you reach the front door via a staircase, you can also walk directly around the house to the pool from here. When you open the front door you enter the hall, to the left of which are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a storage room with washing machine.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and luxurious walk-in shower. The other bedroom has a bathroom in the hallway, which is also equipped with a toilet and a luxurious walk-in shower.To the right of the hall you enter the living room with bright open kitchen, which is also fully equipped. Such as induction hob with extractor from the counter, dishwasher, combi oven, refrigerator, ice maker, blender, coffee machine and kettle. The sitting area is furnished with a round table with six chairs, a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, a stool and ottoman. There is a wood stove for the winter days, a smart TV with Dutch channels and Netflix, sonos boxes and a good wifi connection. From the sitting area you enter the upper terrace, this is covered and a perfect place to dine together. There is a large oval table with bench and separate chairs. From here you have a view of the lower pool and the Orba Valley. This terrace can be closed by a door.
Via a staircase you go to the lower terrace with swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters. You can also listen to music at the pool via a Sonos box. There are 4 sunbeds, a garden bench, 2 sun mattresses, various umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Through a lockable door you reach the lower floor into a spacious hallway with storage cupboards, a separate toilet, large fridge freezer and access to the third bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. To the side of the house there is another terrace, this is a lovely space to use the large gas barbecue. From the second half of the afternoon, this is a nice shady spot to enjoy a drink on the Spanish seat.
