Yet you are only 20 minutes away from the Costa Blanca and the charming towns of Dénia and Jávea with a beautiful range of sandy beaches and cozy places for a snack and drink. In short, Casa la Sorpresa has all the ingredients for a stylish sun holiday, away from the hustle and bustle. , but still with plenty of entertainment nearby.

Casa la Sorpresa consists of two floors and has three terraces. From the pool terrace you can go down via a staircase. Here there is parking for two cars under a carport, accessible via an automatic sliding gate with remote control. The front door is located one street higher and next to it there is a parking space for one car. There are mainly palm trees around the house, which are attractively lit in the evening. From the parking lot above you reach the front door via a staircase, from here you can also walk directly around the house to the swimming pool. When you open the front door you enter the hall, to the left of which there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a storage room with washing machine.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and luxurious walk-in shower. The other bedroom has a bathroom in the hallway, which is also equipped with a toilet and a luxurious walk-in shower. To the right of the hall you enter the living room with a bright open kitchen, which is also fully equipped. Such as an induction hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, combi oven, refrigerator, ice maker, blender, coffee machine and kettle. The seating area is furnished with a round table with six chairs, a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, a stool and ottoman. There is a wood stove for the winter days, a smart TV with Dutch channels and Netflix, Sonos boxes and a good WiFi connection. From the seating area you reach the upper terrace, which is covered and a perfect place to dine together. There is a large oval table with a bench and loose chairs. From here you have a view of the lower swimming pool and the Orba Valley. This terrace can be closed with a door.

Via a staircase you go to the lower terrace with swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters. You can also listen to music at the pool via a Sonos box. There are 4 sunbeds, a garden bench, 2 sunbeds, various parasols and an outdoor shower. Through a lockable door you reach the ground floor in a spacious hallway with storage cupboards, a separate toilet, large refrigerator with freezer and access to the third bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. On the side of the house there is another terrace, This is a wonderful space to use the large gas barbecue. From the second half of the afternoon this is a nice shady spot to enjoy a drink on the Spanish seat.
