Well furnished villa with fantastic views over the rice fields of Parque Natural del Marjal de Pego-Oliva and the Mediterranean Sea! The villa is quietly located in the urbanization of Monte Pego, with a private swimming pool and covered parking.

The villa has two spacious bedrooms with (built-in) wardrobes and two bathrooms. The bathroom of bedroom 1 has a double sink and a bath. The bathroom of bedroom 2 has a single sink and a walk-in shower. In addition, there is a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. WiFi and Dutch television are available for free via a Samsung Smart TV with various apps. Air conditioning is available throughout the house.

The town of Pego is located between the airports of Valencia and Alicante and 10 minutes from the sandy beach of Oliva Nova. Shopping mall Portal de la Marina in Ondara is on the route to Dénia (approx. 15 minutes drive). Dénia, known for its marina, old town and ferries to Ibiza and Formentera, is 20 minutes away. Do you want more liveliness? Then Benidorm can be reached within 35 minutes. Other beautiful seaside resorts in the area are Jávea, Moraira and Altea, with attractive old centers and pleasant boulevards.

We like to enjoy the Spanish sun with our 2 daughters.
The villa is well maintained and can be put through a ring, but we will furnish it even further here and there to our own taste and update the photos.

Because we still have to work before we can retire, we would like you to enjoy it. We are therefore looking for families who treat our house with great respect.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

DISCOUNT BOOKING AT:
2 weeks: 10%
3 and 4 weeks: 15%
For a longer period in consultation
Discount is automatically deducted from the booking.

Small dog may be allowed in long-term rental in consultation. Final cleaning costs are then different.

Deposit: 30% upon booking.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
