Enjoy sunbathing by the pool. If you get too hot, you can cool off in this private swimming pool!

And while you are sunbathing, you can enjoy the beautiful view! There is almost always a nice breeze here because the house is located a bit higher.

Living room with large sofa and two armchairs. In the open kitchen you will find everything you need.

There is also a table inside to sit at.

Also a nice lookout here.

Living room downstairs with patio doors directly to the cozy covered pergola.

Under the pergola you can enjoy a snack or drink at this large cozy table in the shade.

And while you are seated, enjoy the exceptionally beautiful view!

You have views of the Mediterranean landscape and the mountains.

Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Here is the ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and double sink.

Second bedroom, with two single beds.
