This very bright one-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) in the center of Albir. All amenities are close by; shops, restaurants, bars etc. The beach is an 850 meter walk.

The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, a dining area with a glazed terrace overlooking the garden and communal swimming pool. In the bathroom you will find a spacious walk-in shower and bidet.

Air conditioning (cooling/heating) is located in both the living room and the bedroom.

An L-shaped sofa to relax and watch the large TV, a super-fast 600 MBit internet connection, a 200 x 200 cm bed and a spacious shower ensure that you will always feel comfortable and at home here in Princesa. The large windows let in a lot of light and offer a view of the swimming pool, which you can also use during your stay.
