The house is equipped with a smart TV and internet, making it an ideal place to spend the summer with family. The fully enclosed garden offers the opportunity for endless lunches on one of the terraces, while the evenings on the roof terrace under a starry sky offer a beautiful view of the entire area, from Altea to Benidorm. Just a 10/15 minute walk from shops, restaurants and the beach, this is not a typical holiday home but rather a home where you don't want your holiday to end.

I love to travel and after living in different countries I settled in Spain. In recent years I have not listed my house in the summer due to the pandemic. I hope to welcome guests again this summer who are not looking for a standard holiday home but a beautiful house that feels like home in Spain.
