(30/11) The garden has been refreshed, a final photo will follow as soon as the works are finished
On the roof terrace you have a view of the Peñon de Ifach and a piece of the sea. It's great to read a book or have your meal here in the evening.

In the evening you can enjoy a delicious dinner and relax on the terrace
On the terrace you can relax on the Ibiza lounge sofa and the comfortable armchairs
later in the afternoon this is an excellent place for an aperitif.
In the Ibiza corner it is wonderful to have a drink and you have an overview of the swimming pool. From three o'clock in the afternoon in the shade. There is a parasol for cooling.

Ample parking and plot is fenced for privacy. plot is 1350m2 and little to no disturbance from the neighbors. Our house is located in a cul de sac.

View from room 4. This can be reached via stairs outside. From the bedroom there is a beautiful view over the sea. This room is also equipped with air conditioning and a double bed. The room gives access to the roof terrace, of course also with stunning views.
