A holiday home with Spanish charm located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a flat plot, with no stairs. Very quiet location, lots of privacy with an open view and a wonderful feeling of space. At 5 minutes by car you are in Moraira with numerous shops or on the beach. On foot to the center is certainly feasible, only back you have to be fit to walk uphill. Supermarket close by, cozy bar not far from our house. In short, if it gets too quiet, you can get busy pretty quickly. There is a private parking with space for 4 cars.
The covered terrace covered with jasmine provides shade when needed and there is plenty of room for everyone to chill out. The wooden terrace with a view around the pool, under the African umbrellas, romantic on the lounge bed between the greenery. In the summer, enjoy the outdoor shower to rinse or wash yourself. In the pool house there is a toilet, there is also a washing machine and freezer for delicious ice creams.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 of which have a double bed. The other two rooms both have single beds. Each room has air conditioning, hot/cold.
The bathrooms have a radiator with a 'blower' to heat up the room quickly. There is 1 shower room and the other has a bath. A fully equipped open kitchen and this forms an open whole together with the lounge and dining area.
TV is equipped with satellite TV Vlaanderen with 87 channels (BE/NL/FR/E). The kitchen is equipped as it should be at home, with sufficient cutlery, plates, glasses, electrical appliances which are necessary.
