This charming house, suitable for up to 6 people, is located in a residential area within walking distance of the sea. The house is completely fenced and offers parking for 2 cars, WiFi in the house and on the terrace, internet TV. At 4 km from Moraira and 5 km from Calpe.

This casa has 3 bedrooms (2 very spacious and 1 small) each with air conditioning. The kitchen offers every comfort. For outside there is a portable induction hob and a charcoal BBQ.

The private swimming pool has a surface area of 9x5m and is maintained twice a week by a pool man. Nothing is more wonderful than showering outside (during the summer).

Alicante airport is an hour's drive away, Valencia 1h20.

Explanation of prices

Free arrival and departure days except in July and August, when we apply a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Included in the rental price: water, bed linen, bath linen, WIFI, smart TV with HDMI/chromecast. The price also includes 15 kWh of electricity per day. Additional consumption is charged at € 0.35 / kWh, settlement is done via the deposit.

Not included : mandatory final cleaning € 130 to be paid upon arrival

Payments :

Deposit: 30% of the total value, payable upon reservation
Rental balance: We would like to receive the balance 30 days before the start of the rental period.
Deposit: €350 to be paid

Cancellation policy
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail. The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Payment of the advance is binding and will be reimbursed under certain conditions
If you cancel due to accident, illness or serious unforeseen circumstances (with proof please) up to 3 months before arrival, only the deposit already paid will be retained.
If you cancel afterwards, you will pay 100% of the reservation.
If Casa Clemence can still receive a definitive reservation for the same period, we will refund the advance payment and the balance, with a deduction of 150 euros for administration and cancellation costs.
That is why we recommend everyone to take out good cancellation insurance and travel insurance in order to offer you and us the security of a carefree holiday arrangement!
