This lovely newly furnished detached villa is located in a cul-de-sac. It is only a 12-minute walk to the beach Cala Baladrar as well as to the supermarket and restaurants. It is located 4 km from lively Moraira. On the beach you will find a nice beach bar (Xiringuito Olalà) where you can eat and drink very well. It is open all year round. During the summer months there is live music every evening (except weekends).
The lower floor with living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located on the same level as the swimming pool. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 2 sun terraces. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, Nespresso, American refrigerator.
Fiber internet is available with TV Vlaanderen (Smart TV). The holiday home is located in a cul-de-sac, which ensures tranquility. In the morning you are only woken up with singing birds.
The holiday home is very centrally located. It is located in the middle between Calpe and Moraira near the coastal road (Benissa Costa) and bus stop. These 2 are very lively places with many restaurants and shops. The village of Benissa is 6 km away, a typical quiet Spanish village. Also nearby is the Jalon Valley with its vineyards and bodegas. So there is something for everyone.
For the winter months we have central heating (radiators) with heat pump.
The pool is equipped with solar slats and heat pump to heat the pool as well as retain the heat. Swimming is possible from April to the end of October. We guarantee a pool temperature of 30 °C. In addition, the cover prevents children or pets from unintentionally ending up in the pool.
This year we have also installed solar panels so that extra electricity costs are avoided.
