El Destino – relaxed enjoyment on the Costa Blanca
Welcome to El Destino, a delightful detached villa in Benissa Costa where peace, comfort and the Spanish sun come together.

El Destino is located in a quiet, cul-de-sac and offers plenty of privacy. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over two floors.
On the ground floor are the spacious living room and dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. From here you can walk straight towards the swimming pool and the outdoor area.
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom and two lovely sun terraces. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, so you can sleep comfortably even on hot summer nights.
Everything for a carefree holiday
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and American fridge.
Entertainment and internet have also been thought of: fiber internet and TV Vlaanderen via Smart TV are present.
Outside it's all about enjoyment. Take a dip in the heated private pool, find a spot in the sun or enjoy a long meal together on the terrace.
The pool can be used from April to October and is heated with a heat pump. Thanks to the solar slats, the heat is better retained. An added plus for families: the pool cover helps prevent children or pets from unintentionally entering the pool.
Beach, restaurants and shops nearby
One of the great advantages of El Destino is its location.
Cala Baladrar is about 1 kilometre away and is easily accessible on foot. At the bay you will find a cozy beach bar where you can eat and drink. In the summer months there is also regular live music.
A supermarket and restaurants are also nearby. For those who like to look for cosiness, lively Moraira is only 4 kilometers away. Here you will find nice shops, restaurants, terraces and a weekly market.
In addition , Calpe, Benissa, Altea and Jávea are also within easy reach. Lovers of hiking, nature, golf and gastronomy will have plenty of opportunities here.

El Destino is not only a nice place for a summer holiday. For the cooler months, the villa has central heating with heat pump, so you can also stay comfortably in spring and autumn.
The villa also has solar panels, which helps to limit energy consumption.
