The large sandy beach of Calpe about 10 minutes drive, with the rock of Calpe in the background that you can climb. You can also walk up. Beautiful view.
There are several pretty little beaches between Moraira and Calpe for more privacy
Beautiful Valencia is an hour's drive away
A tennis park, open to everyone, is a 1-minute walk from the house. There are also 2 padel courts.
A beautiful golf course is approximately a 10-minute drive away
The immediate area is ideal for touring bicycles. Here the professional teams train in the winter due to the ideal weather and challenging terrain.

(30/11) The garden has been refreshed, a final photo will follow as soon as the works are finished
On the roof terrace you have a view of the Peñon de Ifach and a piece of the sea. It's great to read a book or have your meal here in the evening.
