There is a small dining table with 4 chairs and you can relax and unwind on the 3-seater sofa. With the smart TV you can enjoy your favorite programs. From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace with a table and 4 comfortable chairs where you can enjoy the view of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach. There is a folding glass curtain so you can enjoy the terrace all year round.

Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom, equipped with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The separate bathroom has a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink.

To complete your stay, air conditioning and heating have been installed, a washing machine and free WiFi (fiber optic). You also have your own parking space, an escalator and you can use the beautiful communal swimming pool and garden.
