Totally renovated villa in quiet area with HEATED private pool. The house offers every comfort with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a sofa bed. Outdoor shower with hot water. Nice seating areas distributed in the garden.

New outdoor kitchen fully equipped with barbecue and possibility for making paella.

For the winter period there is also a pellet stove available to warm up cozily.

There are four air conditioners provided in each room, living room and kitchen to both heat and cool.

After a total renovation, we have been able to make our dream come true and we are now fully enjoying the wonderful Spain!
A super location near the beach and the mountains and a few kilometers from Moraira and Calpe.
A beautiful region with beautiful hiking trails along the sea.
We are happy to provide good service so that tenants have a pleasant and carefree stay.
We therefore find it very important that tenants are satisfied, happy and like to come back.
