DESCRIPTION
Detached characteristic Spanish villa with 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and 3 spacious bedrooms for 7 people. Rent for 8 people is possible on request. A baby bed and / or cot can be added on request. Equipped with gas fired central heating and air conditioning in living room and all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchens, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination. The upper floor has a spacious naya with a large dining table and BBQ. There is a large private swimming pool with sun beds, an outdoor shower and kitchen and also a spacious sun terrace. In the living room is a large TV screen with a very wide choice of satellite channels in various languages including Dutch and English (including BBC, ITV). This luxury villa is located in a quiet area of Moraira, about 2 km away from the beach and the center of the fishing village. The villa has a magnificent view of the mountains of the 'Marina Alta' and of the characteristic rock in the sea at Calpe. Supermarkets and other facilities such as restaurants are located a stone's throw from the villa.

There is a staircase at the entrance so that the villa is not wheelchair accessible.

RESERVATION / BOOKING
If you have submitted a booking request, or have accepted a written rental offer from us, you will receive a rental agreement from us. The booking request is binding and you thereby agree to the terms and conditions and the cancellation scheme that are displayed on our MICAZU page.

PAYMENT
25% Of the amount due to be paid immediately after reservation. If this amount is not received within the specified period, we can cancel the booking. The remaining 75% of the amount due must be paid to our bank account no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE
We charge a fee for late arrivals: € 35 after 21:00 and € 50 after 23:00. For early departure before 07:30 we charge € 50.

DEPOSIT
The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after departure from the villa if no damage has occurred.
Additional consumption of electricity (above 100 Kwh per week) in the winter also the gas consumption that is charged to the tenant is deducted from the deposit.

CANCEL
Cancellation is possible. Immediately after booking, the following amounts are due:
- if canceled up to 90 days before the date of arrival: 20% of the total price;
- cancellation from the 89th day to the 60th day before the date of arrival: 40% of the total price;
- cancellation from the 59th day up to the 30th day before the date of arrival: 60% of the total price;
- cancellation from the 29th day before the date of arrival: 90% of the total price.

DISCOUNT / WINTER RENTAL
For rental periods in the months of April, May, June, September, October and November longer than 3 weeks, we give a 50% discount on the rental price in the 3rd and 4th week.
When renting in the winter we use a competitive rent per month excluding gas and electricity costs.

Additional information

After booking or confirmation of the booking by the lessor, the rental agreement is concluded. The landlord may refuse a booking or withdraw it without stating the reason.

The rental contract is sent immediately after the booking and describes the resulting agreement between the landlord and the tenant. This includes the total price ie rent, additional costs for bath / bed linen and final cleaning, deposit and additional costs such as cot. CANCELLATION BY THE TENANT

SUN, BEACH, GOLF, WALKING, ENTERTAINMENT
The relaxation near and around the house and the pools of the complex leads to a pleasant stay. But the house is also a good base for walks, beach and water sports. The hinterland has many nice charming whitewashed villages to explore. If you want to find a boulevard with bars, restaurants and the sea, take the car and you are in one of the cozy villages such as Moraira or Javea. From the house you have a view of the sea and a part of the Peñon de Ifach (Calpe). A huge rock formation with 50,000 m2 and 232 meters height and 1,000 meters length from the sea up.
