DESCRIPTION
Detached characteristic Spanish villa with 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and 3 spacious bedrooms for 6 people. Rent for 7/9 people is possible on request. A baby bed and / or cot can be added on request. Equipped with gas fired central heating and air conditioning in living room and all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchens, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination. Bathrooms renovated in 2019, with rain shower, toilet and double sink and also an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The upper floor has a spacious naya with a large dining table and BBQ. There is a large private swimming pool with sun beds, an outdoor shower and kitchen and also a spacious sun terrace. Internet via WIFI is available throughout the house and on the terraces. In the living room is a large TV screen with a very wide choice of satellite channels in various languages including Dutch and English (including BBC, ITV). There is also a DVD player and an audio system with CD / MP3 player and FM radio where You can also play your own music from a USB stick or via a Bluetooth connection.

In the living room of the apartment below you will also find a second TV with satellite receiver. On the 32 Inch screen you can also use your own Netflix account or TV app through a chromecast (available through a optical fibre connection from 2021). The downstairs lounge has a sofa bed for 2 people and a single bed can be added so that it can serve as a bedroom for 8/9 in total. More then 6 people at an extra cost per additional guest.

This luxury villa is located in a quiet area of Moraira, about 2 km away from the beach and the center of the fishing village. The villa has a magnificent view of the mountains of the 'Marina Alta' and of the characteristic rock in the sea at Calpe. Supermarkets and other facilities such as restaurants are located a stone's throw from the villa.

There is a staircase at the entrance so that the villa is not wheelchair accessible.

RESERVATION / BOOKING
If you have submitted a booking request, or have accepted a written rental offer from us, you will receive a rental agreement from us. The booking request is binding and you agree to the terms and conditions and cancellation scheme shown on our MICAZU page.

PAYMENT
30% of the amount due to be paid immediately after reservation. If this amount is not received within the set period, we can cancel the booking. The remaining 70% of the amount due must be paid into our bank account no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE
We charge a fee for late arrivals: after 21:00 and for early departures before 07:30 we charge € 50.

DEPOSIT
The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after departure from the villa if no damage has occurred.
Additional electricity consumption (above 150 Kwh per week) In winter, the gas consumption that is charged to the tenant will also be deducted from the deposit.

CANCEL
Cancellation is possible. Immediately after booking, the following amounts are due:
- cancellation up to 90 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the total price;
- cancellation from the 89th day to the 60th day before the date of arrival: 50% of the total price;
- cancellation from the 59th day to the 30th day before the date of arrival: 70% of the total price;
- cancellation from the 29th day before the date of arrival: 100% of the total price.

DISCOUNT / WINTER RENTAL
For rental periods in the months of April, May, June, September, October and November longer than 3 weeks, we give a discount on the rental price of 50% in the 3rd and 4th week.
When renting in winter we use a competitive rent per month excluding costs for gas and electricity. In winter, a higher deposit applies.

Additional information

The rental agreement is concluded after booking or confirmation of the booking by the landlord. The landlord may refuse or withdraw a booking without giving any reason. INCONVENIENCE CAUSED
During your stay you must adhere to our house rules. These are also present in the documentation folder of the house. SUN, BEACH, GOLF, WALKING, ENTERTAINMENT
The relaxation near and around the house and the pools of the complex leads to a pleasant stay. But the house is also a good base for walks, beach and water sports. The hinterland has many nice charming whitewashed villages to explore. If you want to find a boulevard with bars, restaurants and the sea, take the car and you are in one of the cozy villages such as Moraira or Javea. From the house you have a view of the sea and a part of the Peñon de Ifach (Calpe). A huge rock formation with 50,000 m2 and 232 meters height and 1,000 meters length from the sea up. It is the symbol of the Costa Blanca. You can walk here, just like the mountain Montgo, a national park near Jávea (Xabía). Ask for walking routes at tourist information points. For walking, a visit to Guadalest in the hinterland is a fantastic experience. The road to it is also very spectacular. It is understandable that this picturesque town is visited annually by more than 2 million tourists.

Take your children to Mundomar or Terra Mitica, both in (Benidorm). Mundomar, the largest water park in Europe with the big dolphin show! It also offers other attractions such as the playground for children, the penguin park and the exotic park with parrots. For those who like to play golf the beautiful golf course of Javea is only 10 minutes drive from the villa. A visit to the historic city of Valencia (about 1 hour drive) is also recommended.

Who wants to go to the Costa Blanca wants to visit the beach.
