Holiday house in Teulada-Moraira with living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With air conditioning, heating, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, internet and satellite television (with all major Dutch, Belgian, British, German and Spanish TV channels). There is a garden, covered terrace and panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and Moraira. Use of swimming pool and tennis courts is included.

When entering the house from the garden you will have 5 steps. All rooms are on th same floor.

The house is very centrally located. Approximately one hour drive from the airports of Alicante or Valencia.
Shops including 5 large supermarkets are within a short distance. Sea and beaches around 7 km away (10 minutes drive). Short travel time to the centre of various coastal towns: Benitatxell 4 minutes; Benissa and Moraira 9 minutes; Jávea 15 minutes; Calpe 22 minutes; Teulada walkingdistance.

Moreover, you are about 20 minutes drive inland away from the Costa Blanca Mountains, where you can go hiking in the unspoiled nature. Several golf courses are very close. The large cities of the northern Costa Blanca as Denia and Benidorm can be reached in 30 minutes. In Benidorm are also several theme parks.

Spain has a lot of culture, fiestas and nature this has hit us directly. On the Costa Blanca the climate is fantastic, especially in the area around Moraira. The World Health Organization designated it as one of the healthiest in the world.

A beautiful location close to the sea and mountains gave us an opportunity. Add to this the pleasant Spanish life, the sea and lots of sun and you have the foundation for a good holiday. We love Spain and like being there. Come and book our house !!

RESERVATION / BOOKING
If you have submitted a booking request, or have accepted a written rental offer from us, you will receive a rental agreement from us. The booking request is binding and you thereby agree to the terms and conditions and the cancellation scheme that are displayed on our MICAZU page.

PAYMENT
25% Of the amount due to be paid immediately after reservation. If this amount is not received within the specified period, we can cancel the booking. The remaining 75% of the amount due must be paid to our bank account no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE
In the case of arrival after 9 p.m. or departure before 7:30 p.m., a surcharge of € 50 is payable per event

DEPOSIT
The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after departure from the villa if no damage has occurred.
Additional consumption of electricity (above 100 Kwh per week) in the winter also the gas consumption that is charged to the tenant is deducted from the deposit.

CANCEL
Cancellation is possible. Immediately after booking, the following amounts are due:
- if canceled up to 90 days before the date of arrival: 20% of the total price;
- cancellation from the 89th day to the 60th day before the date of arrival: 40% of the total price;
- cancellation from the 59th day to the 30th day before the date of arrival: 60% of the total price;
- cancellation from the 29th day before the date of arrival: 90% of the total price.

DISCOUNT / WINTER RENTAL
For rental periods in the months of April, May, June, September, October and November longer than 3 weeks, we give a 50% discount on the rental price in the 3rd and 4th week.
When renting in the winter we use a competitive rent per month excluding gas and electricity costs. A higher deposit applies in winter.

SUN, BEACH, GOLF, WALKING, ENTERTAINMENT
The relaxation near and around the house and the pools of the complex leads to a pleasant stay. But the house is also a good base for walks, beach and water sports. The hinterland has many nice charming whitewashed villages to explore. If you want to find a boulevard with bars, restaurants and the sea, take the car and you are in one of the cozy villages such as Moraira or Javea. From the house you have a view of the sea and a part of the Peñon de Ifach (Calpe). A huge rock formation with 50,000 m2 and 232 meters height and 1,000 meters length from the sea up. It is the symbol of the Costa Blanca. You can walk here, just like the mountain Montgo, a national park near Jávea (Xabía). Ask for walking routes at tourist information points. For walking, a visit to Guadalest in the hinterland is a fantastic experience. The road to it is also very spectacular. It is understandable that this picturesque town is visited annually by more than 2 million tourists.

Take your children to Mundomar or Terra Mitica, both in (Benidorm). Mundomar, the largest water park in Europe with the big dolphin show! It also offers other attractions such as the playground for children, the penguin park and the exotic park with parrots. For those who like to play golf the beautiful golf course of Javea is only 10 minutes drive from the villa. A visit to the historic city of Valencia (about 1 hour drive) is also recommended.

Who wants to go to the Costa Blanca wants to visit the beach. There are several beaches within easy reach such as the Ampolla beach and El Portet at the fishing village of Moraira, just 2 kilometers away, and also the beautiful Moraig beach at Benitachell, named after the rock that rises high above the beach.
