No smoking, free super fast internet/wifi, cable TV, free parking in front of the door, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible as there is a staircase to reach the front door.
The stylish apartment has its own entrance and large private terrace of 21m2 with lots of privacy.
This luxurious apartment has a spacious bright cozy living room (40 m2) with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, TV cabinet with TV, large dining table with 6 comfortable chairs, radio/CD player, DVD, library and through the two sliding doors you have direct access to a spacious terrace of 21 m2.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms with excellent beds (1 queen size bed 180x200 and
2 x single beds 90x200), bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and sideboards. The silence and healthy air ensure that you sleep well and wake up well rested.
The terrace is partly covered and has glass curtain windows that can be opened completely or completely or partially closed so that you can sit comfortably outside in your shorts all year round.
On the terrace there is a modern lounge set, a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 sun beds.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, traditional oven (grill and hot air), extractor hood, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, Nespresso and a Senseo coffee maker, plenty of cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, crockery, bowls, coffee and tea cups and glasses.  Everything has been thought of, you can enjoy cooking.

Bathroom with modern bathroom furniture with drawers, mirror with lighting, high cabinet, shelves, bath with hard glass door and entry-exit handle, luxury taps, toilet and bidet. Hair dryer available.
Extra rooms: washing machine, ironing board and iron, laundry and drying rack and pegs.                      Storage cupboard with vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop, dustpan and brush, storage rack, shopping bag etc.

Air conditioning with remote control in the living room and master bedroom and heating by Infra Red Long Wave mobile panels ensure a comfortable temperature and ideal humidity, these Infrared panels heat the air, but also the floor, walls and furniture, which feels very comfortable. 

There are two large infinity pools with free sunbeds, shaded areas and outdoor showers for shared use by owners and tenants.  On one side is a handrail to enter the water.

The new January 1, 2025 law states that we must rent out for at least 11 days, for less than 11 days we must charge our guests a high hotel tax. This makes your holiday more expensive, we want to prevent that and that is why the minimum rental period is 11 days and in the summer months of July-August-September it is 14 days with a fixed changeover day on Fridays or in consultation.

Linen and towels and textile package is mandatory and costs 90.00 euros. The beds are already made when you arrive. You pay these cash costs on arrival, this is because the Spanish Tax Office charges an extra tax of 30% on the entire rental price when providing this 'hotel' service, making your holiday unnecessarily more expensive.
The package includes: bed linen sets, small towels and large towels and kitchen linen. Your bed will be ready for you on arrival. You pay this in cash on arrival.
You bring your own beach towels from home for the pool and the beach or you can buy them here for little.
Final cleaning (mandatory) costs are 150.00 euros, you pay this in cash on arrival.
The deposit is 300.00 euros.

If you come with your child up to 4 years old, we can prepare a camping cot with a good mattress and matching linen package and high chair, this costs 45 euros per stay.
You also pay this in cash on arrival. 

The rent includes a normal use of electricity and water, the surplus will be settled with the deposit.

Please note that charging your car or other vehicle is NOT allowed. If charging your vehicle is desired, we can make an agreement about the costs.
