Our cozy detached house, built in Spanish style, is located in the small and quiet urbanization El Pinar with both permanent residents and holidaymakers. There is no through traffic.

The house has a beautiful green back and front garden, with the sun all around during the day. At the front there is a large terrace with outdoor kitchen/BBQ, at the back a terrace for breakfast, even in winter when the weather is nice!

Around the corner, less than 60 meters from our house, is the spacious swimming pool of the urbanization. Down the hill you can reach the sea in about 10 minutes on foot, where shops and restaurants can be found. From there you can walk straight to the center of Moraira.

The house has a living area of almost 100m2, and contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room, and a modern open kitchen. The house is most pleasantly habitable with 2-4 people!

One bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 x 1 bed (together or separately, according to your choice). The 3rd bedroom has 1 bed and room for a baby cot. All mattresses are medium-firm.

The modern kitchen contains all possible equipment, including a Nespresso machine and an air fryer. Plates, cutlery, bowls, etc. are widely available for 4 people.

The modern and comfortable furnishings include a 2-seater sofa and some comfortable chairs. There are beautiful bucket chairs surrounding the sturdy round wooden table.

There is plenty of garden furniture at the front and rear, including 2 sunbeds and beach and pool chairs.

There is air conditioning in all rooms, fiber optic internet, smart TV (with chromecast). There is a smoke detector, a safe. There are mosquito screens on all windows and the sliding door in the living room. Parking in your own driveway.
The beach with good restaurants is about a 10-minute walk down the hill, and the center of Moraira is another 5-minute walk along the boulevard. There are also many cozy restaurants, shops and supermarkets there. The large supermarkets are easier to reach by car; they are located just outside the center.

The house was purchased after the summer of 2022, completely renovated and tastefully decorated with beautiful things. A wonderful house for 2-4 people!

We are Carola and Evert Jan Sibinga Mulder and have been living in Zeist since 2020 after many wanderings during our working life. Our eldest daughter bought a nice holiday home in Moraira a few years ago, and we followed her in 2022.

We have rented and let holiday homes for years and still do. From that experience, we happily decorated our house in Moraira at the end of 2022. The house should immediately feel like home and be easy to use on a daily basis. Enjoy it!

Explanation of prices

When the tenant signs the rental contract, 20% of the rental amount must be transferred within 5 days.
The full rental amount, including deposit and cleaning costs, must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Linen is included in the price.
Electricity costs up to 400KWh/week are included in the price.
Cleaning costs at the end of the rented period amount to Euro 90.
The deposit is Euro 500.
If the tenant cancels more than 8 weeks prior to the rental period, there are no financial obligations.
If the tenant cancels between 6 and 8 weeks prior to the rental period, the 20% deposit remains with the landlord.
In case of cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to the rental period, the tenant will owe the full rental amount to the landlord.
In case of "force majer" (national strike, war, natural disaster, pandemic) the landlord can cancel the reservation. Rent already paid will then be fully refunded by the landlord.

Additional information

About 300 meters from our house is the "Gastrobar", a nice bar-restaurant that is the social means / meeting point of the neighborhood. Drinks, tapas, and a good/ varied menu to suit all tastes. From our house you can walk downhill to the coastline, with a wide choice of restaurants and shops, and of course the beach. Your waste containers for separated waste are located near the Gastrobar. Tennis and padel courts are located in the center of Moraira (5 mins by car). Near our house there is a 9-hole golf course Ifach. Towards Javea there is an 18-hole golf course (15 mins drive), and 20 mins drive away is the beautiful 27-hole golf course La Sella. As for shopping, the large and luxurious Mall of Ondara deserves mention; 20+ mins drive.
