Stylishly renovated: Casa Colina

Casa Colina is completely renovated, walled, has a lot of privacy and is located in the quiet Alcazar district overlooking the valley. Due to its favorable location, there is a choice between sun and shade all day long. In the morning you can drink your cup of coffee in the first rays of the sun or in the shade, and at the end of the day you can enjoy the BBQ in the outdoor kitchen at sunset or in the shade of a swaying palm.

During the recent renovation, Spanish elements such as the dark cupboard doors have been retained. Furthermore, we have renewed almost everything; floors, electricity, pipes, water softener, bathrooms, kitchen, double glazed window frames, newly landscaped terrace, new saltwater swimming pool, new furniture, new crockery and of course good wifi inside and outside. Furthermore, there is air conditioning and central heating in every room; the former is of course crucial in the summer and the latter very nice during the cozy winter months. In addition, each bedroom is equipped with mosquito nets and electric shutters.

You enter the kitchen with a spacious dining table with six comfortable chairs. The fully equipped and compact kitchen with Bosch appliances has an induction hob with built-in extraction, oven-grill combination, a dishwasher and of course a fridge and freezer. Cooking is very cozy in this kitchen because of the bar stools that are located near the island. Coffees can be made with the Nespresso machine, including milk frother for cappuccinos. Fresh orange juice in the morning is also no problem, because a citrus press is available. With a bit of luck you can pick the oranges from your own garden. Guacamole with the drink can be made with the hand blender. Furthermore, all conceivable kitchen utensils such as a cheese slicer, kettle, corkscrew and sharp knives are also present. Just like the most common ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. Finally, there are two comfortable armchairs in the kitchen, where you can relax and enjoy the view. Speaking of views, the valley is best viewed from the windowseat.

From the kitchen you go towards the terrace via the TV room with smart TV with Chromecast. All programs can be viewed here via well-known applications (such as Netflix and HBO Max), as well as Dutch programs with the NL Ziet application; so favorite shows don't have to be missed.

In addition, the first bedroom, which, like all other bedrooms, is equipped with two single beds of 90 × 200 with good, thick mattresses, wonderful pillows (one hard and one softer), luxurious duvets (Zara Home) and air conditioning ( so that the duvet can also be used 😊). You will also find a built-in wardrobe with both hanging and lying space. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and has a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. There is also a long mirror between the bedroom and bathroom so that the entire outfit can be checked.

Via the open staircase (child gate available) in the kitchen you go to the fully-fledged ground floor where a light corridor connects the two bedrooms. In the hallway is a window that - just like both bedrooms - offers a view of the garden at the rear, including a lemon tree.

On one side is the Poolside bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. On the other side of the hallway is the Hillside bedroom with built-in wardrobe and safe, and a separate, large bathroom. The washing machine and dryer are also located in this bathroom.

Back to the ground floor.
From the TV room you walk onto the spacious terrace with the lovely saltwater swimming pool of 8 by 4, which is therefore ideal for swimming lengths. The depth of the bath varies from 1.20 to 1.60, in short, ideal for a ball game.
The large terrace next to the pool is equipped with 6 sunbeds. There is also a covered outdoor kitchen with Weber gas BBQ, sink and refrigerator and a spacious dining table. And of course a lounge set under a pergola.

In the newly landscaped garden with irrigation system there are various flowers, palm trees and fruit trees, such as a lemon tree, fig tree and orange tree. There is also enough space to play badminton, for example. Or to play a game of table tennis because there is also a ping pong table.

The car can be parked in the carport, behind the electric and remote-controlled gate. Are guests coming? With the video intercom you can see who is ringing the doorbell.

In short, it is wonderful to enjoy here, even in the evening in the beautifully lit garden.
