About Nico & Mariecke
We are Nico and Mariecke. After many years of renting houses (and always just not being satisfied because a few things were missing) we bought this house. Together with a family construction company from Moraira, we started designing, renovating and furnishing Casa Colina; a house that we would like to rent ourselves. It is attractive and fully equipped so that you can enjoy a relaxed and relaxed holiday.
In our opinion, a holiday villa should be just as good as at home, or rather even better. That means nice beds, a well-equipped kitchen with all the trimmings, a nice coffee machine, plenty of towels, etc.
We chose Moraira because it is a very nice place. Moraira offers almost everything you need for a pleasant holiday, without being super touristy. It has a relaxed atmosphere.
