This quiet house is located in the middle of a golf resort "La Finca Golf" territory Algorfa/Alicante/Costa Blanca South. At 10km from the sea.
There is also a 5° hotel with padel squares/football squares/beauty salon, tennis courts and a spa. On the domain there is also a commercial center with Bars, Resto's the place to be to spend the evening walking distance with the children.
The sea is a 10-minute drive away with the most beautiful dune beaches and not the overcrowded.
It is a residential area so large hotel chains are not to be found.
Very nice small villages / towns / cities to visit and especially the peace can be found there.
The house is very comfortable with all the trimmings and this for max. 6 people.

We stay in this house for about 7 months as we are retired. So the house is rented out in the periods that we are not there and so the house is very comfortable and homely.
We like to share this place with others.
South/west facing so morning sun until evening but enough awnings and parasols to create shade.
The combination with greenery and the sea is the ultimate for us as we get peace when we want it.
