Casa Susanna

Casa Susanna is located in the Cumbre del Sol residential area on a plot of over 900 m2 with lots of freedom and tranquility. The detached villa with Mediterranean garden and sea view has a large swimming pool (5x10 m), a beautiful large sun terrace with 8 sun beds and plenty of umbrellas. The terrace also has a covered area (naja) with a large dining table and 8 comfortable chairs. Of course you can use an outdoor shower and there is a fixed barbecue on the terrace.

The house has a spacious living room with open kitchen with all appliances. In the living room there is a satellite TV with many Dutch channels (Canal Digital). Canal Digital only has a limited number of channels available outside the high season. You can use WIFI free of charge.
In the house there is also a washing machine, ironing board bolt and a vacuum cleaner.

In total the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bathroom has a toilet.
In the house itself are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a bathroom en suite. The 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom.
Via an outside over the terrace (accessible via a staircase) is the fourth bedroom with bathroom en suite and a small terrace in front of the entrance. Ideal when people in a larger group need more privacy. You can choose to rent the house with or without this fourth bedroom.

All bedrooms have double beds (including a double bed of 2.20 meters long). All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating, making the house comfortable in both summer and winter.

It is necessary to be in possession of a (rental) car. The shops are close by (5 minutes to the nearest supermarket), but the residential area is located on a mountain. The roads from the village to the house are asphalted and passable.
There is space for your car on your own property. If you come with more cars, there is more than enough parking space a few meters away.

The Cumbre del Sol is a neighborhood where many holiday homes are located (mainly villas), but there are also plenty of houses permanently inhabited, so that there is 'life' all year round.
It is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca and the different zones in this large neighborhood are naturally separated by green areas and parks.
The Cumbre del Sol is ideally located because of its proximity to several nice places such as Javea (Xabia), Benitachell, Moraira and Denia. Benidorm is 32 km away. There are several beaches in the area that you can visit. Some sandy beaches, most have pebbles.

When you fly, you can choose from two airports: Alicante and Valencia. It is best to arrange a rental car at home.
