A driveway with palms and oleanders leads to the spacious closed parking lot. The front of the house faces south. Due to this ideal location, the house has a lot of sun and yet there are shaded seating areas everywhere.

The house has separate air conditioning in the room and the 3 bedrooms. Sat.TV with Dutch channels. The house has been supplied with solar energy since 2023. This means that sustainable electricity can be used everywhere during the day. Modern kitchen, including washing machine.

The villa consists of 2 floors that are rented as one whole. There are elevators for those who prefer to avoid stairs   between the 2 floors and between parking space and lower terrace.

There are spacious terraces around the house, both open and covered, with seating areas. In front of the house there is a fruit garden with a nice seating area on the slope, mainly oriented towards the evening sun. Marble floors in the house.

On the upper floor there is 1 sitting room and a dining room (conservatory), 2 bedrooms (4 beds), 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom. There are TV sets with STREAMING service on the ground floor. Also TV connection on the outside terrace.
On the ground floor 1 living room with open kitchen, a spacious walk-in shower with toilet, 1 sink; 1 bedroom with 2 beds.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include cleaning costs. Minimum rental period is 1 week.  

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 90%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Hiring based on trust. We are proud owners of a fantastic holiday Montemar in Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Since my retirement, we will stay around 24 weeks per year in Montemar. Because we always enjoy our house, it is optimally maintained, in excellent condition and fully equipped. The location is such that there is a beautiful view over the sea and surroundings, and there is always a terrace with seating area around the house, either in the shade or in the sun. Not far from the villa, there is a golf course and many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Moraira is a charming village 3km away, with the villages of Calpe and Benissa approximately 6 km away. There are beautiful sandy beaches near Moraira and Calpe. Benissa is still a typical Spanish village. It is very cozy around the square near the cathedral. There are picturesque routes and villages in the area.
We find serious tenants through Micazu Holiday Homes. You can book a cheap trip at Micazu, but someone who values a luxurious holiday can also choose one through this site,” says Mr Draaisma. You can bring your own linen or rent it from an agency or the owner for €15 pp. If you rent a linen package, this is available per person. includes: 1 top and 1 bottom sheet, 1 pillowcase, 1 bath towel (double bed with 2 pillowcases, but 1 bottom-top sheet), furthermore in the total package 1 tea towel and 1 kitchen towel.

Would you like to check your e-mail box while sitting under a palm tree? No problem, the house has a WIFI connection.
Shipping enthusiasts pay attention: the house is equipped with an antenna as an aislive station. In the house you can monitor shipping off the coast and elsewhere in the world on the computer with all the information. In the upstairs apartment next to the TV there is an extensive folder about excursion options. More about that in the bookcase on the ground floor. You will receive the house key approximately 1 week before your departure from the Netherlands so that you are flexible in your arrival time. You are very welcome here and you will feel at home, especially if you know that a bottle of wine is waiting in the bar for each arriving group (so not per person, the bar is too small for that).
The house has a spacious swimming pool (5 m x 10 m) with a surrounding terrace on the spacious plot (approx. 2200 m2). This includes a screened-off outdoor shower.
This swimming pool is kept clean and maintained by someone from the village, but there is a landing net at the pool to remove any leaves. Large garden with palm trees; oleanders, fruit trees, etc. spacious lockable parking space. with a beautiful 40 m long driveway and a covered carport.
There are tables and chairs on the spacious terraces surrounding the house, so that moving back and forth with chairs is not actually necessary. There are 6 sun loungers around the pool. The top terrace offers a very unique view of the surroundings.

When arriving on Saturday, the Mercadona supermarket in Benissa is still open until 8 p.m. This supermarket has a reasonable price. Excellent quality.
On the way between Benissa-Montemar you will pass a small supermarket "Perles". Open until approx. 2.30 pm. Cozy shop. Neighborhood super Slightly more expensive.
Driving from the house to the coast and then towards Moraira, large supermarket "Pepe La SAl", good but slightly more expensive. Open until 8pm+Sunday morning. Towards Calpe "Vina Sol" Saturday open until 1pm. Good middle class. Fresh bread at 9am in the summer.

Have a glass of wine on the terrace of rest./Bar Canis in Benimarco. Beautiful view.
Many excellent restaurants in Moraira-Calpe. Nice for fish food, "las Ollas" boulevard poniente.
Calpe. First evening orientation restaurant "Gemisante" on the coastal road to Moraira on the left. A little more luxurious, at the golf course rest. "La Micheta" Regional cuisine:
Bar Visquina" in Benissa, delicious tapas.

The house is located in a beautiful green area with many hiking opportunities in the mountains in the immediate vicinity. Here you can also enjoy beautiful walks with your pet. There is a romantic beach with a pebble beach 1200 m from the house. The sandy beaches of Moraira are 3 km away. . off. Moraira is a nice seaside resort, not overcrowded, but very pleasant. Benissa is a beautiful Spanish village with nice streets and shops and a beautiful cathedral. Calpe is more of a real seaside resort with all the possibilities that entails. Beautiful beaches, large boulevard. The hinterland is enchantingly beautiful. Every day it becomes a difficult choice what to do, see something in the beautiful surroundings or enjoy the luxury and tranquility of your villa. You will take beautiful photos as a souvenir of a wonderful holiday with you after this holiday
