Montemar is beautifully situated in the hills above Moraira, beautiful sea views. The photos correspond to reality and are fully equipped. Furnishings are a bit dated but everything clean. Point for us was the relatively small 2 person bed of approx. 150cm and the garden furniture is partly in need of replacement. Worth repeating.

Nicely located villa, with beautiful views of the Sea, everything is as indicated in the ad. Also suitable for 2 couples downstairs is a smaller apartment with all amenities

Montemar is a beautiful property where we enjoyed a wonderful holiday. We used the fantastic swimming pool on a daily basis and enjoyed the great views from the various terraces. Although I found it a pity that there is little to reach on foot, everything we wanted to reach is within 10 minutes by car.

The house has a beautiful view and is very spacious. Attractive that it has many outdoor seating areas and a large swimming pool. Moraira has a nice sandy beach and is close by. This house is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful holiday in the very spacious house and garden of the Draaisma family. The garden had more than 10 seating areas (!!) to sit in the sun or in the shade. And a nice swimming pool. The property has typical Spanish features; curves in the rooms and beautiful wooden doors. The interior is a bit dated. There is an abundance of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. The house is cosily furnished, with Frisian accents. The area was quiet. The house is located against a mountain. So: narrow, winding streets to get there and sometimes it's steep. The house has 2 elevators.

We had already been there in 1998 and 1999, so this was not strange. Beautiful house, also a good base to Alicante, Valencia, Calpe and Moreira.

We had already been there in 1998 and 1999, so this was not strange. Beautiful house, also a good base to Alicante, Valencia, Calpe and Moreira.
There's no arguing about taste, but we liked it. We were there with our daughter and son-in-law. We slept downstairs and the young people upstairs. This is how you guarantee privacy. Still a real advantage of this house. The owner tries to make you feel at home and he certainly succeeded. Our compliments. Florentina and Enis from Antwerp, and Anneke and Hendrik Smaal from Delfzijl.

We have been able to enjoy Villa Montemar a number of times. This time we found a period of pleasant autumn weather accompanied by a wonderfully quiet environment. Everything in and around the house was -as usual- in tip-top shape. The two outdoor lifts are particularly pleasant, so that even people with reduced mobility can easily bridge the height differences on the plot.

Fantastic holiday home with character, which is fully equipped. Pool is large and has clear water. It was cleaned 3 times in 2 weeks. The house has unobstructed views to the Mediterranean sea, Beach and supermarket is 8+- minutes away by car.
