The property is situated in a coastal and quiet urban area, yet close to everything Moraira offers. Relax in 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with A/C in all bedrooms and livings rooms, WiFi, high speed internet, barbecue, privacy, a garden with lemon, pomegranate and palm trees and a large pool. The villa has a naya with a view of Moraira and the Costa Blanca icon - Peñon de Ifach. The focal point of our villa is the large terrace with a barbecue offering outside dining or just relaxing in the open with a view. If you feel like having dinner under the starry sky, pull the covering and enjoy your evening.

The villa consists of two independent apartments, each equipped with a kitchen with everything you need, bedrooms and a comfortable living area with smart TV's.

The pool level apartment is wheelchair accessible.

Excellent privacy as the villa is located on a corner plot and neighbors do not have visibility of the pool area and terrace.

Total comfort, private gated parking for up to four cars, 7-minutes walk for shopping, bars and restaurants, and an honest 20-mins walk or 4-min drive to the beaches, El Portet and L'Ampolla, only 1.5 km away. A ten minute drive to Ifach golf course and three other cities - Calpe, Benissa and Teulada. Moraira itself offers plenty of entertainment for all tastes, while Valencia and Alicante are also a comfortable drive away for day trips. Please note that pursuant to a new decree of the Valencian Community, there is a ten day limit on holiday accommodation.
