The villa has five bedrooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, central heating, alarm system, very spacious Mediterranean garden with sea views, jeu de boules court, table tennis table, heated swimming pool, sun beds, seating areas and a very large covered outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ. The villa was completely renovated in June 2023 and decorated in Ibiza style with natural materials. The entire garden and house has WIFI coverage. Villa Mozart is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

A year ago we made our dream come true, a house in Spain. Plans were immediately made for changes to the house. A nice large outdoor kitchen was essential for us. During the construction process, more and more things were added that we wanted to renovate, which ultimately means that we now have a completely new house where everything has been renewed. Since we are currently unable to use the house enough, we have decided to partially rent it out.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

On the north side of Xàbia is a pebble beach La Grava. Just like the busy Arenal, this smaller beach has its own pedestrian boulevard with pleasant terraces. Muntanya I is located between these two beaches. This is a beach of large pebbles interspersed with large areas of rocky area. In this part of Xàbia you will see some relaxed beach bars where you can enjoy the fantastic view over the sea.
