Villa Mozart has a rental license. It is a luxury Ibiza-style villa and can accommodate 10 people. The villa has five bedrooms with double beds of 1.80m wide and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Towels, bath towel, tea towels and bed linen are all provided and can be washed in our washing machine and dried in the tumble dryer or on the rotary dryer in our garden. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating.
The kitchen has a large American fridge with ice cubes, all kitchen equipment is available. The adjoining coffee corner has a nespresso coffee machine, a pressure cooker and a milk whipper.
The villa has a very spacious Mediterranean garden with sea views. There is a jeu-de-boules court and table tennis table in the garden. The pool is heated and can be closed with a roller cover. There are sunbeds on the terrace for 10 people, there are also nice sitting areas with sea view where you can chill out. The outdoor kitchen overlooking the pool and the sea is very large and has an extensive built-in gas BBQ. The outdoor kitchen can be completely closed off with the glass windows, so that the outdoor kitchen can also be used with wind and when it is slightly colder. In June 2023, the villa was completely renovated and decorated in Ibiza style with natural materials. The entire garden and house has WIFI coverage. Villa Mozart is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The car can be parked in the carport or in front of the house in the quiet street. Ofyr is present in the garden, where you can BBQ with wood. In the garden we have our own herb garden, you can use these herbs for the BBQ.
There are 2 fixed white Sonos speakers in the house and a separate black Sonos box that can be taken outside. The Sonos boxes are operated with the present iPad. The villa has 2 large TVs, 1 in the living room and 1 in the tower bedroom. Games and books are available in the cupboards of the living room.
The house is secured with an alarm system.
2 cots and 2 high chairs can be made available free of charge.
