This beautiful renovated Villa Palmview , is a unique luxury private villa with 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, that villa can welcome up to 28 guests.
One of the rooms has been made wheelchair accessible and some other rooms are
specially equipped to welcome children.
It is located in Javea within walking distance of the famous Arenal beach.
Outside there are activities for everyone, such as volleyball, football,
table tennis, table football, pool table, electric dart board and petanque
boules court.
The main entrance to the villa is very welcoming, with 3 separate self-contained living areas leading off the main hallway. On the lower level there is even a separate casita with a family room (double room) and a wheelchair accessible room.
All three spaces have their own, well
equipped kitchen, a living room with Smart TV, indoor and dining areas
outside and direct access to the outdoor terraces. All bedrooms and
lounges have air conditioning, which works according to a
pay-as-you-go system. The bedrooms can be configured in
king size bedrooms or twin rooms,
depending on your wishes.
This villa is so unique, it even has its own sandy beach on the private property!
